Barrington Commemorative Plaque Bray, Co. Wicklow & Grindelwald, Switzerland, 2008 400mm x 300mm, etched 3mm thick bronze plate This artwork was privately commissioned by the Barrington Family with support from Bray Town Council. Three copies of the plaque were commissioned, one sited in Bray, one sited in the town of Grindelwald at the base of the Eiger, and the third plaque sited partway up the mountain near a chalet from which Charles Barrington would have begun his climb.
